Password resets, Google Chrome updates or other issues may prevent saved credentials from remembering your Vision credentials. Please follow the instructions below to log into City of Evanston govAccess.
1. Enter "https://www.cityofevanston.org/Admin/" in the address bar
2. Enter your username as “CITYOFEVANSTON\Username”
3. Enter your password and Select “Log In”
