These procedures will get you to the IP and MAC addresses on Cisco phones.
For the older models (round buttons on the number pad):
1. Find the settings button and press it. It should have the word "settings" underneath it and look like a checkbox. If it looks like a gear, try the other set of instructions.
2. Go to the "Network Configuration" tab and select it.
3. This should open a settings page which lists the MAC address. Select the "IPv4" tab and the IP address will be shown
For the newer models (squarish buttons on the number pad):
1. Find the settings button and press it. It should look like a gear and be unlabeled. If it has the word "settings" underneath it and looks like a checkbox, try the other set of instructions.
2. If the phone is a large, full-color phone, select "Admin Settings", then select the "Ethernet Setup" tab, which will pull up a screen with the MAC address; select the "IPv4" button to get the IP address
or
If the phone is a smaller, black and white phone, go down to and select "Phone Information", which will pull up a screen with both the MAC address and IP address
