Away from your desk but still need to check your voicemail? Here are two solutions:
Phone Call Steps
1. Call this number: 847-448-8200
2. Once the call starts, press pound #
3. Enter your phone's extension
4. Enter your security number
You will then be able to hear your voicemail.
NOTE: Please Dial 9 and 1 when accessing an outside line. IE: 918474488200. This only applies if you are on a city phone.
Voicemail to Email Steps
1. The IT Department can set up your voicemail to be sent directly to your email. Submit a ticket HERE and ask for voicemail-to-email to be set up for your phone.
NOTE: You will still need to clear the "new voicemail" indicator image on your phone with this option
